I have to say -- I really like this product.
The actual physics of how to be healthy and look healthy and be strong and good looking [as is possible with your genetics....] are not very secret. The essentials are a mystery to most because they have been pummeled with advertising (sometimes by IMers just like us) that says "you've been lied to..." etc, and then tells them that they only have to do this one little exercise 1 minute a day--- RIGHT!!! You don't have to live in a gym. But some serious changes have to be made if you don't want to look like a hippo. Simple habits that anyone who can move around can do. And you only get better and better at it with practice and can't even imagine why you never did it before. Lifting some weight 3 times a week and eating food that your body really wants and having some water nearby all day isn't that awful. It's the basis of what makes Clint Eastwood so cool looking. This is great material that BBHF makes available. If you get some value out of this, you can reward the author. A zippy link- simple download: Magic Button : I do the exercises with kettlebells. Whatever you have will work just as well. Just do them at a break from writing emails to your list. So you get healthier and better looking while you make a little more money.
