Thanks for posting, but this is BS. The best scientific evidence he cites shows that oil kills some bacteria in the mouth - probably a whole lot less than mouthwash - and then he goes on to claim it as a cure for major diseases like AIDS, Cancer, and practically every other disease.

Well, I don't personally know if it's BS or not but oil pulling has always made me nauseated. Too much fat or oil on my food or in my mouth does not make me feel good, if you catch my drift.
