Cover Page:

1. Enter Contact's First and Last Name
2. Enter Client or Lead's Business' Name
3. Enter Your First and Last Name
4. Enter Your Business' Name
5. Enter Your Email Address
6. Enter Your Business Site URL
7. Enter Date of Report
8. Enter Your First and Last Name and Enter Your Business' Name

Table of Contents - No changes UNLESS you need to change page numbers

Pages 4 through 8 - No changes necessary

Page 9:

1. Enter date (Month, Day, Year)
2. Enter your client/lead’s website URL
3. Enter your client/lead's website URL
4. Enter numerical test score from http://ready.mobi
5. Enter numerical test score from http://ready.mobi
6. Enter verbal test rating from http://ready.mobi

Page 10:

1. Insert http://ready.mobi/ image screencast with your client/lead's graphical test image.

2. Replace sentence in quotes with verbatim sentence from your upper right-hand corner of image.

Page 11:

1. In this paragraph, you just make general comments from your observations of your image with graphic testing results. If your client has a 2 or Bad rating like my client above, this paragraph may be the same, except for loading speed time. Just make sure the paragraph makes sense and highlight any negative results here.

Page 12:

1. Go to http://www.iphonetester.com (or any other mobile emulator you prefer, and enter your client/lead's URL, click enter and take screen capture image of emulator result -- make sure image is of site that is not mobile-optimized!).

2. Replace my image with your image

Page 13:

1. Enter numerical test score from http://ready.mobi
2. Enter verbal test rating from http://ready.mobi
3. Replace sentence in quotes with verbatim sentence from your upper right-hand corner of image. (same as on page 10 above)

Page 14:

1. Replace image - To do so:
a) Go to http://www.dudamobile.com and enter your client/lead's website URL where indicated to create mobile-optimized website and click "Make My Site Mobile."
b) After DudaMobile creates mocked up mobile-optimized site, take a screencapture image of site demo and insert image on page where indicated.

Note: With DudaMobile:

1. Be certain to click "No" if asked if you want to keep site as blog, otherwise, you will not have a mobile mock up for any blog site.
2. Make mock up to look like my image so that you do not need to change the paragraph immediately below image about "tap-to-call" button feature. Simply follow DudaMobile's directions -- Easy to do, even if you've never used the site previously.
