@Mat: It's dead because this thread is just shy of being 3 years old! It also doesn't help that people who get the download move on to the next share instead of mirroring at least some of the files to benefit others who may come along later.

I plan to come back tomorrow to re-up it for you but give me a moment. I want to add some extra goodies (a library of lagniappe) that will help with course creation.

Interface Design Course - This one is huge.
