His example site, built a year ago, still doesn't have any client details. Wonder why? :-)

If you want to make money on leadgen sites, you need to spend time on the on page. The examples this guy gives just don't cut the mustard. Few businesses will pay you for such a site, and even if you do find a sucker, it's highly likely that they won't pay for long...
Hey animal88 then is there a training that you could suggest?
Not that I know of. All the courses I've seen have similar low rent examples :-)

Go through the competition and get an idea of the level that your site needs to be at. That will dictate the standard.

It's not too difficult though. Just focus your efforts on learning how to produce concise but powerful client focused benefit statements. Marketing and copywriting courses will teach this, not WSOs. And this will give you a big edge over just about everyone else.

We fill the 'above the fold' section with such client focused benefit statements and hyperlink to a paragraph or two further down the page. End result, when the customer lands on the page they immediately spot a benefit and want to know more - well that's the theory and it seems to work for us :-)

The other thing that's missing is capture of email addresses. This can be used for other purposes that just getting leads. e.g. if someone is looking at architects sites, may they're thinking of doing a self build, so you give them related information in a newsletter with an affiliate link... Maybe promote other related services linked to another of your leadgen sites... You shouldn't be too salesy and your primary focus should be promoting the client who's paying you for the leads, nonetheless there are additional profit opportunities.

Hope this helps... :-)

Has anyone reviewed the OMG Nitro Bonus? I do not see many reviews for the course so you all let me know what you think. It looks as though they added additional value with the Nitro Bonus as detailed below:

(OMG Nitro) has been merged with the original course in 1 combo package.
The Nitro course is also a vBook that consists mainly of 3 mini-courses and 2 bonuses as follows:

1- Expired Domains for Affiliate Domination:
Video 1 (12:53): This video covers the process of searching for good expired domains and what you need to consider when buying one in addition to analysis of the domain you think about buying.
Video 2 (17:02): In this video Greg continues to cover the same process by searching for other domains in different niches and why you should look for expired domains better than starting from scratch.
Video 3 (10:49): Greg reveals one of his domination sites in this video with explaining how to interlink pages and how to boost conversion rates.
2- The Keyword Understanding Videos:
These are 3 videos in which Greg and Mike analyze keywords for 2 possible sites. These are not like ordinary keyword research you usually see but here these are done in purpose to contact clients and offer them your SEO services. You’ll learn how to analyze your competitors’ sites in details in a way I guess you are not used to.
3- Siloing Your Site:
This is by far the most powerful part of the entire OMG Machines course. This is about on-page SEO but not the ordinary trash, this is something new which when done can cut backlinks needed for ranking to 1/10 of the original. This is used for search engines domination. It lies in 5 videos but I guarantee they will be the most powerful videos you ever watch as a SEO marketer. These videos are over the shoulder as Greg creates the silo site in front of your eyes.
;
Bonuses:
2 Bonuses offered here in OMG Nitro: 1 for PPC and the other for launch jacking.
The above review update is actually reviewing the OMG Nitro course, so if they decided to go back to the ordinary course and the upsell then you know that this update is the upsell review.
