About the OTO:

How willing are customers going to be to write the initial review?

With regards to the initial review, popping a flyer in with their purchase or having a card on a table in a restaurant is the best way, truth is when people have took home there product and opened it up and got bored and they see the code its something to do... when they have finished eating and are waiting for the rest to finish it gives them something to do.

Now its hard getting people to go to Google, find your clients business and leave a review but with mobile its point and click and makes it easier for your clients customers your doing all the leg work for them with this system.

I'm currently using this with a conservatory company, (high ticket customers)

Now i have my clients send out flowers once the job is complete just to give that personal touch and enclose a feedback flyer along with them and the response is high.

Its all about how you promote the system, and as marketers that's something were good at.

What do we do with Reviews?

In a nut shell, when a review is posted to your clients review system, your client can login to the panel and view the feedback. Deal with unhappy customers and send an email to the happy ones with a copy of there review and a link to sites they have a listing on.

The oto version works like this:

When a client leaves a positive review, they are automatically sent an email which you can customize. They are also shown a Like button for your clients site and a Share button on the thank you page.

Inside this email is a copy of the review and links to your clients listings for review sites they are on. were the customer can copy and paste there review quickly and easily.

To get the most out of this for your clients you want to:

Use a catchy subject line such as (Name, could you help me out?) then inside the email say we are glad you enjoyed your experience with us, if you could spare 2 minutes could you place your review which i have enclosed in this email. We work hard to deliver the best possible customer service..... etc
