If you are referring to the part1.zip file it is not a partial. For some reason someone zipped up the part1.rar file but did not zip up the part2.rar file. Just extract the one from the zip file and you will have the part1 and part2 files. You will first have to rename the folder because it is the exact same name as the rar file and the program thinks it is another copy of that file.

He is doing the other two parts now. Takes a while to upload the parts.
