What do you mean? Did you try that website that is linked (that Tompk242 shared)? If you go to the site and get your "access_token" from Facebook, then place it in the correct area of that site, and then the link to the image, you should have no problems downloading it. Of course the sad part is they are size restricted but you do get the image without watermark. I did re-test the site before I posted earlier so it is still working.

Why on earth would I have to give out fb ad account manager access token to get photos from shutterstock???

That's way to big of security risk for me to do such a thing.

With a fresh api key I'm getting the following message when i press the download arrow on the image:

(#3) Application does not have the capability to make this API call.

After a while I' getting the following message:

Error validating access token: Session has expired on Saturday, 12-Aug-17 08:00:00 PDT. The current time is Saturday, 12-Aug-17 13:56:37 PDT

Well that's wild. I never got that message but I do know that the tokens expire. It seems that the token you had used was already there or remnant from a former time and expired but the only thing I can think of to try is to follow the link on the download page where it'll take you to the ad manager (which it seems you definitely were at since you had a token), and once you are there, reload the page and then "view source". Maybe reloading the page may help with a "good" token". The only other thing I have noticed is that you have to use the very first "access_token" you come across and make sure to get everything between the "" but don't include them. Other than that, I cant imagine why you cant access it. Ive used that link many times since it was shared above and the only thing I had to do is refresh the token and that was it. I wish I could be of more help but if you try what I say in this post and it still doesn't work then maybe someone else can chime in to give you better direction.

You have to pay at least basic 20000vm and you can download the chrome extension.

That's because of he scripted what you can do manually in fb ad manager, but you can there only get the down scaled jpeg images that are scaled to properly fit in fb ads.
