However, i'll have to negate with few of the points listed below:

CONS:

• You have to pay $$$ - Of course money is involved. If you're scared to invest then you shouldn't be doing business online
• There are as much scammers as there are legit sellers - Go for Click Magick to identify fake clicks beforehand, you should do your research in FB groups to find legit sellers. Never buy from sellers who offer dirt cheap prices and approach you.
• Not ideal for I.M. beginners - I have seen many noobs make good money
• There is quite a learning curve - You should have an open mindset to learn initially
• If you stink at conversions this will be an uphill battle and even more expensive business model - I agree, you should promote your services to get new clients or customers who purchase clicks
• It's NOT cheap - Are you referring to the maintenance costs here ?
• It is the norm to have a list of 10,000 people and get only 100 opens - Where did you get this NORM from lol ?
• You'll need tracking software which is not cheap - You can start with CM at $19 per month
• If you don't use tracking software you are begging to lose $$$ - Tracking is a must.
  

What makes me answer all these cons ? I'm a Solo Ad seller myself and nope i'm not Brandon Sean but i know him.

Why is it so hard to share your views which you can vouch for ? Seriously 10k list generates only 100 opens ? ... how about the number of clicks ... 1 click or 2 clicks ? unless you're using an outdated list which was build way back.

I'd share many proofs to back my comments. But i chose not to. I'm responding to this post out of my respect for Solo ads income stream.

I know this list may seem more biased to NOT getting into solo ads but that is the reality. Not saying to avoid, after all, there are folks here that do well with it. God bless 'em for that.

  Agreed but most people getting started with online marketing don't have much money to start with. Scared money is worse than no money.

No offence taken. Again, I did not tell people to stay away from solo ads or that it does not work. I am perfectly aware that there are many doing very well with it.

All I'm saying is that this business is not for the faint of heart. Whenever I see a solo ad testimonial where someone gets a huge optin rate and only 2 sales, I can't help but marvel at how anyone can get excited about that.

But hey, people dig it. So get into solo ads if you want. No one's gonna stop you. Here's wishing you all the best. Cheers!
