I actually tried this out and made $20 on some stuff I just threw up. I haven't even tried to scale or do anything major. I'd say if you wanted to make some real money you would need to scale this to a few dozen campaigns at least. I only had 1 ad and a handful of keywords for each product. Here is a screenshot of my test on a new account.


Spents $1.54 and made $21.28 in revenue. 1281% ROI for all intents and purposes so it does work.
