I really dont know what not work for you...In order to install this module, you have to install OpenCart shop and VQMOD. After you have installed your shop, read very carefully readme.pdf from folder what you have download and everything will be just fine.
Pay attention that if you have installed custom theme (not default) follow instructions from section 2 - 2.1 Custom Theme. Otherwise, if you dont have custum theme, simply upload all folders and files from "upload" folder, after that go in your admin section...and make settings...you have all in readme.pdf.
