Here's a bit of a summary and helpful hint.

First thanks Nancy, this is matrix level awesome.

Note this before you download these files and then get disappointed. These are subliminal messages that feed straight into your brain, so don't be surprised if all you hear is weird noise. Just listen to the media through headphones when you're out and about or relaxing in bed. It's like downloading a skill, Neo style.

Finally, if you don't want to go downloading the MP3's off multiple pages (which is a pain), just put the original link straight into JDownloader. It downloads everything including the MP3's. Beware though, it's 14 GB all up.

There is a ton of stuff here. Everything from weight loss to speed seduction. These are a great way to block out distractions while you get stuff done. Talk about multitasking...
