Call me crazy and extreme, but depending on what you do about that private male part, it can grow. I don't know about this guide, and I'm not interested on it either, but I can tell you the easiest exercise is Kegels. It works for both men and women, it's very easy to do, and probably due to its simplicity a lot have overlooked its benefits. As far as other exercises are concerned, they do work, but pay extreme care when doing them and don't expect to double your starting size. It takes a long time, but here's what I can tell you for those who are skeptical about it, you won't see any size gains sooner, as size gains will take you months and even years to accomplish. The one notable thing you will notice when doing this is a super increase in hardness(if you know what I mean) within the first few months of doing it.

I can go on and on telling you the benefits of it, and I mean long-term. I think you can tell I'm pretty detailed...that's because I'm doing it. Yeah! I'm not embarrass or feel shy telling you about this. I'm not here either to tell you to do it or convince you doing it, but to tell you it works when done in the right manner. There is one catch, though... any exercise or efforts towards improvement should be accompanied with a healthy lifestyle. A lot of people even doctors will tell you this is IMPOSSIBLE, but I'm a living witness that when this done correctly and consistently, you'll be able to gain around 30% of your overall size. That's no huge gains, but the health benefits and performance gains are the ones that matters most.

Again, I'm not here to convince you to get on it, I'm just here to share my experience as it works when done in the right way and with consistent effort. It's sad though, there are lots of those info products about this concept but simply doing it for profit and even claiming quick gains. There is no such quick gains, and probably those who have written the info product are not doing it themselves. Another sad truth is lots of these info products relating to this topic are simply spamming. Sad...sad... sad truth about it.
