Part 1 of the mediafire share in post #2 is being blocked. Part 2 works, but I don't think it'll be able to open, without part 1.

After downloading from the mirror indicated in post #15 (I used the Bayfiles mirror),
remove the extension (.002) from the end of part 2. Then open it with winrar. Worked for me. |
