And one thing I would like to mention, is that, CPA networks don't accept classified ads, so please ask your manager before doing anything with classified ads...

Just skimmed over it so not sure if there's a unique twist, doubt it though.

Method involves buying newspaper classified ads to get traffic to your cpa offers. Tells you what type of cpa offers to use. Don't know if method works as I've never seen anybody use it before.
