Guy's, the problem is the third zip file is improperly named "Local_Domain_Empire.part3_0". Simply rename it "Local_Domain_Empire.part3". In other words, remove the _0 from the end of the file name, (without the quotes of course) then unzip as usual. Wahlah!

I found the "Registering Your Domain Name" video in Mod 6. Probably got mixed up there because of the way the videos are numbered. Just cut and paste it back to the Mod 3 folder.

There will be three videos downloaded in that, one of which is a duplicate of the video you found misplaced in Mod 4. Sorry for the confusion.
