Download 7zip and use that to extract the files. It's password protected with the usual password.

Success, used Stuffit Expander and all ok, was using Zipeg as never issues before, thanks for the advise on trying 7zip, tried the Mac version and maybe this Mac different as running 10.9.4 anyhow all sorted... thanks again, reps given
