[GET] Livecode : One code to rule them all (Multi-Platform App/Game Development)
Livecode : One code to rule them all

Livecode is petty cool and this is a great overview and introduction to it.

"The Write Once, Deploy Anywhere myth can finally be a reality with
Livecode. Develop for Mac, Win, Linux, iOS, Android"

Would you ever think that it would be possible to learn just one programming
language? And to use it to create apps for every desktop operating system and
all the leading mobile operating systems ? Well, that language exists, and you'll be
surprised to find out that probably you can already understand it if you can speak
English.

Welcome to Livecode.

Actually Livecode is not just a programming language; it's a complete environment
that can be used to develop apps for Mac OS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.

Its programming language differs from many of today's programming
languages because it's been designed to be very similar to human language.
You probably know most of its syntax since it's almost identical to the
English language: why invent and learn something new when we already
have our own human and natural language ?

This introductory course will explain how to download the free version (yes,
it's free, unless you want to compile and lock up your code !) and use
it to create your first hello world stack.

After that you will create your very own clone of the flappy bird game in less
than the duration of a footbal match and deploy it on Mac, Windows and iOS systems.

RE:
That's not my referral code, it's the link I copied from the site.

I actually thought it was a coupon code. Edited.

RE:
I hear yeah - it's a Copy and Paste carry-over which seems to be on the up-tick as of late. I believe they appear on Udemy links when you are signed-in during the C&P. ie: When Not Signed-in, said Referral code doesn't appear on links.

While I believe I have seen it referenced as a 'Referral Code' on Udemy, I am still now sure how their Referral Program works (for affiliated rewards to said Referrer, if there is any). What I have seen as of late though is the new Udemy Money-scheme which I believe works from Referring People to not only Sign-up to Udemy, but also to pay for a membership or course. However, I probably didn't understand it right, and could be wrong.

None-the-less - Thanks for the Share! [+S'more Reps] for the Update :-)
I know they run their affiliate program through linkshare.

I'm not a big udemy guy so I really don't pay much attention to it. Is there a tag difference in the coupon code and affiliate referral tracking?

I ask because if there's a difference I'll add it to the forum filter so udemy affiliate links will be blocked.
