What rubbish you talking ? If no list, you got zero chance of making money. Even it is crap list, still there is a slim chance. Let's don't talk about paid traffic or organic traffic.

My dear friend. You dont send any traffic to your list. You send emails with your offer to your list. If you dont have a good relationship and trust from your subscribers, you are out of business.
Scraped emails or sending emails to some crap list you purchased can make you some $, but this is not business. Sorry
