this is her latest book, an amazon best seller, as are her other books, all highly rated, etc. she does however offer them free on amazon from time to time, or she offers them on sale for various prices to boost sales. this one she offered recently for free to promote one of her training programs... always remember, to make the big bucks like she does, always offer freebies and always upsell, then upsell some more!

i was waiting to share this until she uploads her free training webinar but it must have slipped her mind, or he staff is failing her. you know someone like her is not really hands on with the technical side of her business, relying too much on people she pays to do her work for her. or one of them assigned it to an intern who failed to share it. it has been a little while and no sign of the webinar, so it may not appear anytime soon.

either way, i provide the link to the download page for the pdf, and other bonuses she offers, always give your customer more than they were expecting. as always, in the webinar sales template theme, look above for links to another video with more downloads. as i share this, the webinar page is very bare. it still goes to webinar registration page which is dead now, since the webinar is over. she said she would share it later, well, it is much later and still no sign of it.

here is a bonus tip for all you ladies, from me to you = ladies make the best sales people! just ask lisa! good looking ladies often out sell everyone in the room! men and women, both 'pay' more attention to the good lookers, a good looking man will often outsell an average man any day of the week if they have the same training. so dress well and speak softly. tone down the make-up unless you are a clown! the natural look has always been 'in', if it works, why change it? if you are ugly, you know who you are! then hire a spokes model or good looking sales people. a nice suit, for a man or woman, always helps!

coaching is a big and growing niche. every niche you can think of has coaches selling their products and services, and most personal coaches are ladies! why? as i said, woman often have the most pleasing voice. in coaching, the voice is the most important selling point, even ugly coaches make a lot of money. that is another reason why some people only create audio files and video without themselves on camera, doing a voice-over. many coaches offer audio downloads, and do online radio or podcasts for this reason as well.

on a different note, some of you may not know who this lady is. she often tells her life story, etc. i cannot share it here, but i would like to add. every success story you hear, like hers, is a story of failure after failure. you often have to fail a few times before you are experienced enough to succeed BIG! every successful and rich person in this world has one or more stories of failure before they became successful. they all stopped making excuses and made a success story! you have no excuses! stop downloading crap, and create your own crap for people to download = THAT is the secret to success. make sure it is good if you wish to make a lot of money.

You made some very good points. All valid and being the randy old goat that I am I would still do her.

She's intelligent, knows how to sell and is a successful business person. It would be worth your while if you are not getting results from your sales efforts (which assumes you are actually engaged in selling in the first place).

Read r maybe heard from her when she told her life story, that her ex was a bit of an ass

Reading your comments about women being the best sales people, which was as if I heard myself saying that exact same thing to my wife, just yesterday!!! Thanks for the share and will check out what she has to say and thank you for the reminder that all successful people failed many times first, kinda like learning to walk, I suppose...

Lisa is very good at what she does. The system she uses to be able to present and then close sales from the stage, webinar or teleseminar are very valuable to anyone that want to be able to sell their product or SERVICES... I capped that last word as many people think they can't sell servies using her techniques... Sorry silly wabbit... That is just not true.

I high recommend that you search out her products and listen / watch them. Take detailed notes and then implement what she is saying... You will notice an uptick in your sales if you do.

Just stop saying "This won't work for me" and do it... After you have run the system at least 10 times, then you can comment on it... But starting out, just do it, do it again... And when you are done, do it again.

Remember... 10 Times to smooth things out, then you will be cooking.
