You pick a clickbank product and search for related keywords with high search volume. You then do a search with those keywords and look for sites that are building a list (have a optin box on their website, etc). Negotiate a solo ad with them,link ad to a squeeze page and follow up with your subscribers with the clickbank offer.

My opinion: This seems like a pretty decent idea, and worth a try.

Google search for forums or newsletter owners and request them to send to
their members an email against suggested payment of $40. Do not
do this in IM niche as it is too saturated.
