Open your internet explorer Goto Tool > internet options > Connection > Then open LAN SETTING and just tick on Automatically detect setting. un check all others.

Already settings are as u mentioned.. but unable too get rid of startup screen...

Nope !!! links not working mate, i have checked personally all thread related to videoscribe. All links are dead now. even mirrors too dead !!!
