Awesome! I downloaded this and was starting to get really excited!
Then I started looking into it. While I have no problem breaking a sites TOS or skirting what is allowed, after looking into this I can't see scaling this up without the possibility of the Gov't coming down on you if you get complaints. Any time I see "Class Action" I decide to go the other way. If you keep it small ball you should have no problem but if it can't scale to big numbers then it's time to move on. Awesome share either way. |

Yes, please be careful with SMS spamming. You may get fined $500-$1500 per text sent. Do a google search for SMS spam and you'll see the amount of fines the big companies had to fork over. Not sure if it's worth the hassle.
