Maybe I'm wrong here, and feel free to let me know, but I'm thinking the following might work:

Don't bother converting to email, I'm guessing limited luck, anyhow. Just download an app for the throwaway phone (that has unlimited texting) that lets you import a list of numbers to blast the sms message to. Include a link to a squeeze page, if you want.

If you don't link direct, the CPA company probably wouldn't have a problem, I don't think, and not going to blame you for something that someone "else" might have done to possibly cause your problems. Linking direct, might be a different issue though. If you're worried about the spam police tracing your route, I'm thinking a redirect from an offshore host, might be helpful.

If you use the email conversion method, I sure wouldn't use gmail. The big G is quite a capable adversary.
