I just happened to come across a windows applciation - Keyword Organizer. It organizes CSV files from the Google Keyword Tool, and helps you create SEO-optimized documents.

When you first startup the app on your PC, you probably just want to start off by clicking "Play with the sample project. " in the middle of the app's initial "splash screen." This will just load a fake diet website where you can get a feel for how the app works.[/spoiler]
