O.k. I just uploaded and started using it yesterday, but today I found 7 messages in my error log just like this one: Router: http://domain_name.com/support/staffapi/...lt/GetInfo

What is this code doing? Is this plugin nulled? or is it calling home?

I haven't found anything wrong with it yet.
To test if it's calling home, install it. (if you're worried about transmitting your ip. use a vpn to mask your ip and location)
1.) Install Wireshark. It's free.
2.) Quiet your network by turning off all internet devices or better yet, put it on a laptop you're not using (the quieter you are the more you can hear)
3.) Keep an eye on wireshark for outbound tcp packets going to anything kayako related.

Nulling .net applications is very easy with just a little bit of OOP knowledge. I can tell this is most likely C# by looking at the bit of code cmcoto posted.
1.) Make a copy of the app you want to tear apart and nullify.
2.) Download Telerik Just Decompile.
3.) Start dragging .DLL's over to Just Decompile and browsing the code, keep in mind what you're looking for is internet traffic and internet related traffic. There is going to be a bunch of it. Start examining the code and looking for patterns. Well designed software will have good design practices and and the patterns should be easy to follow.
4.) When you think you've found a Class or Library that you're interested in examining more closely. Go to Microsoft Download Center and get a free copy of Visual Studio Express. Grab the you're interested in and plop it in to Visual Studio and you can run it (providing you have all the dependencies in your project.)
