How to use Placeholders

Within the reply/forward area, you can use the below placeholders. When the reply is sent, the placeholder will be replaced with the information it represents. ( Placeholders can also be used within the quick insert options )

Customers Fullname : {{fullname}}

Customers Title : {{title}}
