WinZIP can open .rar files and many other types, too... so, go try it...

And, to be frank, WinRAR was used to compress the files because it reduces the size of the files more (makes them smaller) to help your downloading, leeching self get your stuff faster!

Go do some GOOD, before you make silly comments and criticize members here... you turd!

Thank you everyone for all of your assistance and suggestions.
But like I said I don't want to use WINzip.
All the same I found a solution that was perfect for me.
I used an online tool to extract the file.

It was a mistake I made between saying rar and winzip.
I got my issue resolved.
