Is everybody okay? I need to know if mystik2 and internetter (and anyone else) are still having issues. Please report if you are. Omganesh provided a Zippy mirror and I have already advised you to use 7zip if you are getting issues unzipping the file. I also provided both Zippy and Ge.tt links in an effort to accommodate everyone.
For the record, I just downloaded the file (from my own Zippy link in Post #1) to my desktop and double-clicked it. No problem whatsoever. All 3 PDF files were exposed. So, please let me know if you're still having problems by posting here or (better still) sending me a PM. I want nothing but happy downloaders! I'm an occasional uploader. I know the efforts needed to upload a file. Especially a big one. I'm in no way at the "uploading standard" you are at. You have a whole SOP set up just for it.
