This main product is a 105 page PDF that explains how to transition from an indie writer to an indie publisher. Taking a page from the James Patterson playbook, the author goes from doing everything to outsourcing almost everything. Not a new concept, but there is some good info and I always find case studies interesting.

Personally, I have outsourced a lot of non-fiction articles, but have yet to try to outsource fiction writing. I suppose that you could develop a good story and characters and then write the chapter titles and give a brief 150 word synopsis of what goes on in each chapter and then hire a writer to do the work. But I still think the book would be much better and probably done faster if it was written by the author who came up the idea.
