My Review:

This is a 19 page pdf about .onion sites. You can only access them with TOR (The Onion Router) browsers.

The idea he presents to you in his report is that there are millions and billions of people that currently use the internet through .onion sites because they live in sh.it countries (his words, not mine).

In other words, the countries these untapped billions of people live in have governments that don't let them use the internet as freely as other countries do. So instead, they download these TOR programs so they can use the internet. The number of people doing this dwarfs the number of people that visit Google or any other main stream online resource.

So now, you can tap into these unwashed masses and sell them loads upon loads of cr@p like James Renouf no doubt plans to do. The kicker is that since these millions and billions of people don't know better, not only can you sell them crappy products but you can sell it to them for ten times the amount of money and they will be happy to pay it too.

Oh yeah, you must be able to accept bitcoin payments if you want to bank with this.
