it's very simple use the key and block this ip range in windows firewall 184.173.188.104 - 184.173.188.128

You gave me the solution. This was not in the TXT file with the instructions. I used firewall to prevent those IPs to
enter my network and voilaaa!. IDM is working like registered. And it wasn't really necessary to delete file: IDMGrHlp.exe

I DID delete the file. I did exactly what you say and exactly what the txt file says.
Internet was not active until the program opened and registered with
one of the serials in the TXT and the file was deleted
I am going to repeat everything in a different computer and see what happens.

Well currently i am facing same issue :( i am getting serial is fake maybe adding IDM IP's in hosts file can solve blacklisting license.
