Also, the requested product sales page mentions a webinar so more than likely it would be a video.

I think we'll have to give this one up. I was going to buy it (though I was leery considering the price) so got in touch with support with a few salient questions. Support told me NOT to purchase as they don't have a download link for that product! If it's not available why continue to advertise it on a sales page complete with buy button? I even tested the buy button and it took me all the way to the Paypal checkout link, meaning I'd be charged, presumably, for a product that doesn't exist...
