Ok, not even sure where to start lol. Some of the info is decent, some is straight dumb and common sense, and some is just wtf lol. The wtf parts, like for example he tells you how to get a car loan by photoshopping your bank statements to show fake deposits, and creating "fake" company to be self employed and make your own "fake" paystubs for yourself. Then just walk into the car dealer and wham, you have a loan. Are you kidding me lol.... maybe if you went to Maw and Paws Out In The Boonies Cars for sale and they did everything on a handshake and lent their own money (good luck lol). First just like any loan a car loan is no different, employment (whether W2 or SE) will be verified and he says to just pretend on the phone if they call. Just like any loan your SSN, or EIN, or 1040 tax transcript will be pulled/verified.... I'm not even gonna bother explaining further on that. Get caught falsifying bank statements or employment and paystubs, well good luck with that. I used to do a lot of consulting in the financial sector before selling/getting out of that biz. People were caught all the time and generally fined or charged and sentenced, especially after the mortgage crisis, even if they were never late on any payments.
