It looks like the original program was replaced by Social Synd Alpha. I received the following email from Anthony Hays regarding this: "We have now completed the first phase of Social Synd Alpha which replaces the old IFTTT Backlink Commando.
The account creator is working well and we have added some new tools.

You need to use your existing IFTTT Backlink Commando licenses."
