The technique is to use high cpc keywords so that even with a single click a day you can earn $17 to $200 per click (insurance niche example). Other high cpc niches - loans and lawyers. No need to rank them, the logic being that a single click or a handful of clicks is easy enough to obtain through social clicks. Your site should not look spammy in any way.
Steps:
Choose a niche, get a domain with a dot com, instal WP and plugins, theme a magazine style one (2 themes given as bonus), create a logo for authenticity, select top 6 navigation keywords, side bar widget.
Now I found the sidebar widget trick on an Adsense site a good one e.g. a quick quote tool on an insurance website just so that it looks more real.
Tips on how to write good content, using Yoast SEO plugin, using an image with each post and lastly driving traffic through Crunchbase, Reddit, Digg, SU, FB, Twitter, G+ and LinkedIn.
Add the Adsense code after 10 articles have been posted to stay under the radar and not get slammed by Google.
Additional credibility booster - Use a PLR book as a paid product on the site to show Google that you are not making your money with high cpc keywords.
My take on this WSO - somewhat useful for someone starting out but a bit deceptive, and known by most of those who know how to earn well with Adsense. Actually, you need to be very, very careful when you are making a site which has high cpc keywords because Google has been on the lookout for such sites for some years now and check it out thoroughly once they find one. If you want to make such a site, it has to be an authority site with a lot of useful content that is updated regularly with enough engagement to look real.
And oh, the folks at Google are not fools that you can put up a PLR book for sale on a made-for-adsense site and expect them to say "Ooooh so he's making his money from a $7 ebook after all and not from those $17- $200 cpc clicks like we thought!" And then they pretend not to see the one single $17 - $200 click happening on your site every day, social activity notwithstanding.
If you really want to use this technique, build a site with at least 30 700-1000 worded articles and then insert your ad code. Don't use keywords with an absurdly high CPC like $200 but use those with a CPC between $3 and $5 - you'll find plenty of those with a few tries on your favorite keyword tool. Prefer long tail keywords so that you can rank for at least some of them and use organic traffic for clicks instead of trolling Reddit, Digg and other sites...lol. Use a lot of LSI keywords to support the main keywords and don't stuff the main keywords and raise a red flag. Be very careful with backlinks - just a few from high PR, related domains will be enough.
Grow the site to anywhere between 60-100 articles over 2-3 months and then sell it off on Flippa. If you get a click worth $3 everyday on an average, which is $90 for the month you can look at fetching a price of anywhere between $450 to $900 on Flippa for your site.
