You are right definitely won't work with Adwords/Bing.
To answer the poster above (post#36) I don't bother with search volumes..just product name + country as the domain and you can easily intercept buyer traffic. Exact match domains still rank well if they are product name + country/city.
I havent experienced shaving with Markethealth but there are plenty of other networks. Crocmint, Sellhealth etc. Just make sure you email them asking if you can use the product name as part of your domain. 9/10 they will say its ok.
Im writing a brand new case study which is way better than this so as soon as I've finished writing it I'll post it here on the forum.

Review:
1. To the point pdf case study
2. Doable even to this day
3. Simple steps, nothing fancy
4. I just checked the search term in google and it is still ranking 2nd spot
5. It is about building a site but nothing toο complex
6. Laser targeted visitors (less visits, more conversion)
7. Better, way better than most of the WSOs you (and me) keep downloadιng on this forum or even buy

I made a site and its ranking on 9,10 and 11 position without any backlinks
The monthly searches is very low though (around 410)
