I have a quick questions. Is this software like click jacker where it actually pops up over the real site you want to hijack? It looks like this only creates an identical duplicate of the site you want to hijack but under your domain. Does it really hijack the website page you want? Doesn't look like it. If so how do you promote a duplicate page of let's say "Progressive" with your popup and have people to click your link. If the website address doesn't say progressive.
