the owner just sent me an email :

My name is Vick Strizheus, founder of High Traffic Academy.

I'm writing this email to the entire list of my customers
(VIP members) as well as about 300 of those of you that
illegally created accounts for HTA (you know who you
are and we know who you are.)

Anyways, please pay very close attention because it
WILL effect you directly.

This morning we've found that there were a lot of
people that have illegally created accounts for HTA.
All of those people have been tagged.

To those of you in this category I will say - your IP
address, your email address, your physical location
have been tracked and located.

Some of you even took things a step further and
did something VERY DUMB - downloaded
some (or all) of our copyrited material and furthermore,
shared it on the internet with other users.

Listen closely.

no1youknowz, thomtyro, ookami007, and there
are few others... )

You guys just got yourself in some hot waters.

Just wanted to give you heads up and let you know
that all of our material is copyrighted and we have an
attorney on this case already.

If you would like to cut in line and be prosecuted
faster, all you need to do is simply upload any of
High Traffic Academy content to the web.

Anybody that downloads any of our stuff illegally
is also automatically being tagged and added to the
list.

Just wanted to let you know so there are no surprises later.

If you have already uploaded any of our stuff to the web,
you have until midnite tonight July10th to pull it down,
otherwise you'll be among the first ones to get some action.

I hope you're smart enough to realize that having your IP
address, your email account and your usernames is a very
easy case, especially when all of our content has embedded
tracking watermarks in it.

If this is how you have been getting other people's products
for free and thought you were "cool", this time its not going
to be the same.

It's funny how he is threatening to sue those who posted his material up online. Well he has every right to sue, but he needs to look in his back yard.
