Use the username you used when you installed the script not the email address!

I updated the zip file, i believe the problem is on Heat Map Tracker side however i managed it fix it.

When WebinarIgnition launched, there were a lot of bugfix updates for a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if the same kind of thing happened here. It'd be nice if there was a convenient way to apply a "patch" to the code in HMT, to apply to future bug-fix releases. Anything you can share on that?
