scavenger, never try that. As soon as they detect a dubious link, they will track all copies and delete them too. As I mentioned before, torrent is the best option but offers non-members to download the stuff too. I do not have access to the VIP torrent else, I'd have encoded the file as `private.' However, that beats the purpose since only VIPs will be able to download it. :-/

I don't think they track every import, because I have still live links that are imported from links that have been taken down. But, yes... I agree torrent is the best way to go.

Your suggestion of importing to own Mega account would not work as the link has now been taken down by Mega on request of product owner.

However I can still see the folder and file in my account. So meaning the file is still there but the link is taken down.

In the email by Mega, there is warning that my account my be affected if there is future infringement. So I would have to be careful of such shares of this product owner.

I had no chance of importing the posted MEGA Links at OP. But, it's also possible to clone or import files to a different account just as copy.com. Personally, prefer MEGA as COPY.COM has lots of bugs, for instance...even if the files are still live and active, COPY.COM will say it's inaccessible, or similar message.

To IMPORT files/folders from MEGA to a different MEGA account, RIGHT-CLICK on the folder at the right, and you'll be presented with an "IMPORT" option.



This is a tip for those who are not yet aware for important MEGA files to their own MEGA account.

Like you, I too have shared some valuable products purchased by me (including the mega Christmas pack). Apart from that I have shared countless series of fonts too. Besides my internet connection speed, this was another reason that I shared in stages. I knew this will happen. This has happened in the past (V2).

Yesterday I have been upgraded to VIP. Posting in VIP is no us as the "owner" is also a VIP member there.

In the meantime, over 1000 has visited this share. Those that have downloaded reupload Mirrors or else I may follow the suggestion to share amongst VIP only (albeit a modified sharing method).
It is one thing to be a freebie seeker, but at the same time, not willing to give back to the community.

However, at same time, I would like to finish up sharing the balance of this great product with this free forum, provided there are reuploads of the first 5 parts shared earlier. In my sharing, I did request to make mirrors.

PS: The Mirror by Nokia for Part 1 still works.

I just came up with a (supposedly) brilliant idea. Why not share through public torrent after protecting the file with a unique password, and share the password via PM with other members? Non members can download the file but will be unable to extract the password-protected archive.
