@sahydian: Thanks for the 'head's up' ... I will go back and check the link. Seems it worked for a few people, though, because otherwise, how could they supply a mirror?
I'll work it out and refresh the link. UPDATE: Okay, sahydian - try it now and let me know if it works on your end. I re-did the upload.
