How to Run Amazon Ads for
KDP Low-Content Books in 2020

FROM THE PREFACE

Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) has recently made a surge into a low/no content category and print-on-demand (POD) sellers are coming over and enjoying the work-flow, sales and royalties that Amazon provides.

The platform as a whole is still very unsaturated with many big niches still open for the perfect low content book to rise to the top. However, one of the techniques that we have always relied on for traffic, sales and initial product boosting is something that Amazon offers directly inside your KDP Dashboard: AMS ads!

AMS stands for Amazon Marketing Services, which was recently changed to Amazon Advertising. This platform allows YOU (the seller) to run ads to your books (no matter if they are long form or low content) and get your products in front of everyone that is already shopping on Amazon for a small fee each time someone clicks your ad.

While most people are relying directly on organic traffic (traffic that is searching Amazon and finding your books naturally), we have always found that a two step approach works best.

Thanks Layna61524 for the share... Not sure why but all the Google drive files are saying missing, so I can only assume that they have either moved this since you added this or I have an issue with Google drive?
