Even if this is from a few years ago, it's very good. I'm sure the update covers changes and eliminates things that no longer work. If you use the last link with the bonus, you'll get everything from the first two links. It would be nice to know how he gets phone confirmation - something in the updated version. The new one has only been on the market for two days.
