Maybe so, but when a business owner sees someone criticizing their business in a review--it becomes personal and a problem with no explanation required. Providing a solution to their 'pain' is much easier esp. when you ask them if they ever buy products or services that have bad reviews. Not much convincing required after that if you can provide a solution they understand.

Contrast this with trying to explain what W3C Compliant means and why they should care which is what this product is about.

Rep management really wasn't the point of my post.

If you think that every business owner would turn this down, you're dreaming. The minute they find out they're website is acting like a turtle, they would jump at this service. You ought to know that people are impatient whenever they visit a website, I certainly am.
