I know this thread is from 2014 but I'm replying because there are recent posts (#35 and #36) asking for a re-upload.

Well, I'll tell you where you can get the share from a still-working link on this thread, and I'll add a mirror link (if you can't use the existing link)... as well as direct links to some additional copywriting and marketing reports.


The mirror link found in post #31, shared by teratron in 2017 (also shown below), will get you the download. I just downloaded it from there today (1/27/2026).
