in order to start making money, you're going to need to attend their webinar
where there will definitely be pitch for a $1400 program of some sort
you can count on it.

Way to make customers feel like they are really happy with purchase they
just made!

7. A total of TWELVE upsells and downsells, where they obviously hope buyers
start getting so confused and so tired they just start agreeing to
hundreds or thousands of dollars in purchases that they really don't understand.

EDIT: after going through the 'meat' videos, I see a few more problems here...

#1 - You are paying $50 for a shoutout to an audience of 50,000 people. Normal engagement on a post like this
(if engagement is REALLY good) is around 400 likes and 20-30 comments. So say you do a shoutout to this
SAME audience... How many of those people do you think are going to Opt-In to your squeeze page, especially
if your offer is not DIRECTLY tied to their niche?

Maybe 5-10 people... maybe 20, at MOST?

I think you're going to be WAY better off just buying a 150 click solo ad for that same $50. Way more opt ins, and
the people on solo ad lists are already familiar with the W+/Jvzoo system, where the standard IG follower would have
no clue.

#2 - I like retartgeting. It works great... in CERTAIN instances.

You can't just make a blanket statement of retargeting works great for every circumstance.

For instance, in this case.

Why in the world, after I've already paid for crappy results with a $50-$200 shoutout am I going to
spend another 30 cents to 50 cents to bring this SAME traffic, who has already been proven to NOT
like my offer, back to the EXACT SAME PAGE?

Doesn't make any sense.

You can't get much 'lower barrier to entry' than a simple squeeze page. If they didn't opt in the first
time, what makes you think that bringing cold traffic back to the exact same offer will change their
mind this time?

The thing is, the type of offer/squeeze page you are setting up here, these people don't know you.
They don't care about you. They don't give a crap about who you are.

This is going to be a HUGE problem trying to retarget that same traffic back to the same nameless,faceless
squeeze page.

I skimmed the material; his retargeting doesn't send people to the same Opt-in landing page, it sends them to the sales page.

And yes, there are some inconsistencies in his Influencer selection criteria.

Here's the thing: you can divide this in 2.
a) Using IG Shoutouts to get traffic to a landing page.

b) Everything that follows ... because from the landing page onwards this is just a reasonably well-taught presentation of a long-proven path that also goes into Google retargeting; which a lot of courses don't deal with and a lot of marketers seem to ignore except on bigger-deal stuff.

It wouldn't matter where the traffic came from -- provided it was candidate traffic -- the model has a shot at being a money-maker if the circumstances are right -- niche, landing page, sales page, autoresponder series, retargeting ads. Nothing new but all solid.

A couple (well, 3) of comments:
1. I agree the instructor is inconsistent in some IG Influencer criteria. That doesn't bother me. If I'm interested I'll test. My motto is the old stand-by, "In God we trust, everyone else must bring data." It could be confusing for newbies though who neither have any point of reference from experience nor the confidence (or the dollars) to just go out and test it.

2. I can't remember how big the custom audience needs to be before Giggle lets you run retargeting ads. Might need a lot of visitors to a landing page ... which might mean a non-trivial dollar spend on Shoutouts.

3. I'm not sure the course has a natural audience. I wouldn't know who to recommend it to.
-- IM-ers who have some experience know all the pieces, even if they don't do them. The only thing new would be, using IG Influencers for this type of deal, versus the more common use for eCom.

-- While newbies will probably be overwhelmed by the sheer number of (new to them) moving parts, some of which really do pose a challenge to newbies. The instructor goes into detail on some of the elements but perhaps not enough detail (for newbies) on others. But of course ... maybe that's where the OTOs convert it to a more newbie-friendly offer.

I thought this was a quite-good product for 13 bucks or whatever it is, until I asked "good for whom?" And couldn't satisfy myself with a good answer.

So ridiculous, these guys put out a 'revolutionary method to make tons of money with very little work than even my grammy can do' about every other day. Here is my view on it.

When someone tries to sell you "brand new secret traffic" earning you thousands per day. You have to ask your self some questions. Let's take this Fuego Breakout crap as an example. Let me walk you through this.

The course teaches - make money with IG traffic to promote w+ products. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Because.... Similar Web says

1. W+ receives 2.18 Million clicks per month (not unique but lets assume it is)
2. only 5% of that traffic comes from all social media combined.
3. Only 1.27 of that 5% comes from IG. That is 0.06% (equates to 1090 clicks per month)
4. Out of all traffic going FROM w+, only 12.5% goes to Paypal. Assuming all of them proceed with the transaction you can argue that 12.5% is a pretty good conversion.
5. This means that out of the 1090 people click from IG, ONLY 130 people will end up buying the bullshit methods you are promoting.
6. Guess WHAT? MACE sold it to 1000 people so far and in that 1000 people only 3% will take action and if they do end up taking action then you have 30 people competing for 130 people.

GOOD LUCK CREATING AN ONLINE AUTOMATED PASSIVE INCOME.

I'm pretty sure that everyone has already given up on this 'method' already.

I stick by my original point that retargeting in certain instances is amazing, but that trying to retarget IG people to a MMO sales page, or squeeze page where nobody knows who you are, and your offer has already been rejected once, is a complete waste of time and money.

Are there people getting rich off of IG? Of course! WELL KNOWN CELEBRITIES WHO HAVE AUDIENCES OF IDIOTS WHO HANG ON EVERY WORD THEY POST, AND WHO RUN OUT AND BUY THE PRODUCTS SAID CELEBS CREATE (ie Kylie Jenner)

the only problem with this review is that i don't think they are teaching direct linking from a social network. your assuming they are?

i personally don't know exactly what they teach but if people are going to put so much time and effort in to a social network for marketing purposes, it's so important to retarget AND put them on a list so you can market to people through email. what's the #1 effective source for all marketing? email. retargeting applies the same concept when you are able to reach the same audience over and over again. instead of getting your message across in emails, you do it in the form of paid ads. the reason why both work is because the more they see ya or see the same ad, the more they trust it. this concept doesn't work well for people who already know marketing and how it works and the psychology behind it.

with retargeting, people aren't expecting to make a profit on the 1st or 2nd campaign. they are looking to build a list of people who they can run multiple ads to over time. either the same ads, of if the roi is dropping, different ads.

i don't know if they are teaching this in this course, but my primary goal would be to get these people on my own list.

anyway, you mentioned about social networks only getting a small % of clicks and was trying to discredit ig and this course from that stat but they aren't teaching it that way are they? they are teaching to send 'm to a landing page with a tracking pixel if i am not mistaken. hell....i forget. all i remember is that there were many flaws in what they were teaching when i was skimming.....
