Well, there is...!

The Pomodoro Technique was created by Italian entrepreneur and innovator Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It is considered by many to be a life-changing time management method.

The method was created when Cirillo was a university student. At the time it was first created, he used a tomato-shaped kitchen timer so the name pomodoro (the Italian word for tomato) was used to describe it.

Cirillo's system breaks down your workday (or any specific task-at-hand) into a series of manageable intervals, separated by 5 or 10 minute breaks.

To use this method, all you need is a:

* Focus Booster - this timer allows you to record your sessions and track productivity
* Clockwork Tomato - this time management app is based on the Pomodoro Technique and breaks down productivity work periods into management blocks
* Focus Keeper - a timer app that works on the desktop or mobile browser, designed to sharpen your focus on the task-at-hand
