Right click on the login form and "inspect element"
Search the HTML for the term "register"
Find the register-form, edit the HTML to delete display="none" - leave the rest alone
When you look at the page the register form miraculously appears. You can register and then login.

This is a hack worth knowing - it works on many sites.
