The author lost me at the very first paragraph:

Review:

Creating simple sites with no authority, aged domains and huge amounts of traffic to sell for high profits on Flippa.
1) EMD sites with basic content that score on SERP 1st page due to domain
2) Movie autoblogs (via IMDB Scrapper WP plugin)
3) Game sites (cloned ad infinitum and repeatedly sold for a couple of hundred bucks, made with MyArcade WP plugin)
